RESUMO

Este trabalho teve como objetivo avahar a adaptação dos canes estandardiza-dos de gutapercha do sistema PraTaper® (F1, F2 e F3) em relação aos respectivos instrumentos endodônticos do mesmo sistema, através da utilização de dois tipos de réguas endodônticas calibradoras, Angelus® e Dentsply®. Após a abtenção dos resultados, os dados foram tratados através do programa t-student com um nivel de significancia de 5 por cento, podendo-se constatar que a maioria dos cones no apresentou uma padronização no seu diámetro apical. ABSTRACT

This work had as objective to evaluate the adaptation of the gutta-percha stan-dardized canes of ProTaper® system (F1, F2 and F3) in relation to the respec-tive endodontic instruments, of the same system, through the use of two types of endodontic scales, Angelus® and Dentsply®. After getting the results, the data had been obtained with the t-student program considering a level of 5% significance, being able itself to shaw that the majority of the canes did not pre-sent a standardization in its apical diameter.
