RESUMEN

El queratoquiste odontogénico constituye una entidad definida, con características histológicas y conducta biológica específicas que permiten distinguirlos de otros quistes odontógenos productores de queratina. Se presentan en forma única o múltiple, la forma de presentación múltiple constituye uno de los criterios mayores que obliga a la búsqueda de otras alteraciones asociadas que dan lugar a diferentes síndromes, siendo el más frecuente el Síndrome de Gorlin- Goltz's. Se presentan tres casos de queratoquistes múltiples, describiendo sus aspectos clínicos, radiográficos e histopatológicos, realizando una breve revisión bibliográfica. SUMMARY

The queratocyst odontogenic constitutes a defined entity, with histological characteristics and behavior that allow specific biological distinguish them from other producers odontogenic cysts keratin. It was presented as single or multiple, multiple ways of presentation is one of the major criteria that requires the search for other alterations associated giving rise to different syndromes, the most frequent Syndrome Gorlin-Goltzs. We present three cases of multiple queratoquistes, describing their clinical, radiological and histological analysis, conducted a brief review of the literature.
